Measure under arms at the fullest part of your chest. Keep your tape measure level with the floor.

2. Arm length

Let your arm hang straight down, and measure from the shoulder point to your wrist.

Measure around the smallest part of the waistline, keeping the tape measure comfortably loose.

4. Hips

Measure the fullest part of your hip, above your thighs, standing with your feet together.

5. Inseam

Because of the thermoregulating properties, this Merino wool outfit can be worn all year round – as an extra layer for colder seasons or by itself when it is hot outside.

Natural 100% Merino garments are a perfect option if you live an active life or travel a lot because they are super simple to maintain. Odor-resistant and antistatic properties keep the garment dry, fresh and stain-free no matter what, and you do not have to wash our staples every day. And even when you decide to wash menique’s clothes, they will recover to their shape without wrinkling and will look just like new.

Choose durable clothing, made especially for your comfort. Super soft and light 160gsm fabric is sewn with flatlock seams, which minimize the friction. Moreover, clothes wrap nicely around your skin, rubber waistband of the pants does not fit too tight, which guarantees a pleasant experience. Add a versatile outfit to your wardrobe and you will notice how many times you turn to these high-quality garments.

Fabric construction: Single Jersey

Weight: Light, 160 g/m²

Made from lightweight Merino wool yarn, this garment can be worn next to the skin as a base layer for colder conditions or on its own for high-to-mid intensity activities. Ultra-soft (17.5–18.5 µm), hypoallergenic and low-bulk, it layers smoothly under other pieces without adding weight or restriction. The breathable, thermoregulating fabric dries quickly and maintains freshness by transporting moisture through the surface of the garment.

Thanks to its natural antibacterial and odor-resistant properties, Merino wool stays fresh for longer and doesn't need to be washed after every wear. Airing your garments between wears is often enough to refresh them. When washing is needed, machine wash at 30°C on a gentle wool cycle with similar colors, using a mild wool detergent and a low spin speed (800 rpm or less). Alternatively, hand wash in lukewarm water (max. 30°C), gently squeezing without rubbing or wringing. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Gently reshape and dry flat away from direct sunlight and heat to help maintain the garment's original shape. Do not tumble dry. If ironing is needed, use a low temperature.
