Even though I usually wear M to L, the shirt is advertised as slim-fit, so size L was a better choice for me. I suggest, if youre between sizes or like a bit more room, to go one size up. The shirt is really well made, no loose threads or bad seams. Just keep in mind the fabric is on the thinner side. Makes it perfect as a base layer in winter or for cooler transitional weather. Not really made to wear alone on cold days, for that you might cosider the 250GSM one. Feels nice on the skin, no itching. Even during workouts, it moves sweat away well so you dont get all clammy and it stays comfortable.
This long-sleeve feels really nice on the skin. Light, but still pretty warm. I got XL for a looser, comfy fit and really like how it feels even for me, Im on the slimmer side, its not too baggy. Super!

Ive been using this merino top as a lightweight base layer for workouts and everyday wear. Feels really soft on the skin and doesnt itch, so its comfy even for longer sessions. At 160 gsm, its super light and layers easily under a jacket without feeling bulky. Breathable too wicks sweat well and never feels clammy after training. Keeps you warm enough for cool gyms or chilly mornings without overheating. Odor control is way better than cotton, and it airs out quickly between wears. The cut is slim, flat seams dont rub, and the hem stays in place while moving. The Denim color is simple and easy to match with other stuff. After washing gently and drying flat, it kept its shape with no shrinking or fading. No pilling so far, though I try to keep it away from velcro to avoid snags. If you like a looser fit, maybe size up it sits close for proper wicking. Overall, a really practical merino layer that hits the balance between comfort, performance, and easy care for regular training.
Great base layer shirt. I always wear shirts like this on bike trips. It wicks sweat away fast, which makes riding a lot more comfortable. The quality is really good, no complaints at all about the stitching or materials.
