For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened intimate items (including thongs, bikini panties, boxer shorts, and socks) unless the item is faulty.
Bras may be tried on for fit. However, to qualify for a return, they must remain in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and completely free of makeup, deodorant, or perfume.

I'll admit to being skeptical about wearing "wool underwear" at first... But these are simply the most comfortable, best fitting shorts I have ever owned. They are soft and do not feel like "wool" at all.
I would easily and happily recommend these to anyone. In a world where I'm too often disappointed by my purchase these are wonderful.

Purchased these in November 2025 (less than a year ago). Two of three pairs have runs and holes. I always wash on a gentle wool cycle with Woolite and air dry. I wear for multiple day before washing. Inexpensive cotton underwear last more than a year. I had higher expectations given the cost.
